What are the Yoga Upanishads (composed over the span of at least a thousand years?). Why the focus on Mantra, Hatha, Laya (Kundalini) & Raja Yoga? How do they integrate to create a fully dynamic and Self-illuminating Yoga practice?

Yoga in 3’s: Together, we’ll end at the beginning of Yogic wisdom and discovery!                                    Starting with a thorough investigation into the great Pranava we’ll discover how so many of the most fundamental Yogic teachings come in the form of a trinity. From the step by step Krama of Creation, Preservation and Transformation to the harmonization of Body, Mind and Spirit. In Yoga, three truly is the magic number.
